Full Mental Retard is a one-scene comedy taking place in the cycle race milieu.
In this milieu there are eagles, lords, winners... champions ! Well, all those who take... (really we can’t say it...)
But there are also the other guys, the low-ranking boys of the team - those who take... (can we say it ?). Jean-Michel Biddon (Patrice Gaudin) is one of these champions. Some would say he is a world champion in his category. His bride Marie-Christine (Isabelle Andrade) certainly says so.
They talk to a weary journalist (Luc Piat) and think they have deep things to say about the milieu. Not sure the poor journalist thinks the same way.
This movie is originated from a short play, so it only takes place on one spot - behind the "champion’s" car. It is about champions, dope, water-cans and weddings. Yes, "champions" have the right to marry ! Whether it is for the benefit of mankind is left to your judgement.
