A mysterious sphere travels through space and is heading for Earth. There, the sphere finds fabulous landscapes, climatic variety and geological wonders. And it also passes by the great works of man, — the Pyramids of Egypt, the Great Wall of China - and witnesses other of man’s feats - atrocities, wars, murders. So that it can have a better idea of who these people are it invites itself to a party in a Paris flat where a dinner a taking place between friends. And it watches, unbeknowst to them, each and every reaction. What verdict will it reach ?
